Job Description:Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) is a pioneering electrical and automation brand with a rich legacy of over 70 years in India. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:1 To plan and execute strategy for building segment so as to meet respective regional segment objectives2 To work on targeted accounts for conversion (MCL) and improve SOW in retention, identify new accounts3 To propose new product share market intelligence and collaborate with all functions for desired business4 Closely work with Sales, BD and PM for right strategy execution particularly for focused products / sub-segmentsFunctional Competencies:1. He/She should have good market knowledge for building industry
2. Should have good communication skill - Fluent in English/Hindi/Regional
3. Should have basic knowledge of MS-Office/SAP, SFDC etc.
4. To have good presentation skillBehavioural Competencies:1. Leadership skill
2. Ability to work in Teams
