The Manager Sales & Marketing will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing processes and ensuring that orders are expedited in an efficient manner. The Manager Sales & Marketing will also be responsible for inspection processes to ensure that our products meet our high-quality standards.ResponsibilitiesA Client Facing Role - to help Clients select right Furnishings keeping in mind the taste and budget and build a personal rapport with them- Prepare and Share quotation with the Clients- Supervise work progress at back end- Work closely with Suppliers, tailors, upholsters and installers ensuring first-class customer experience from start to finish and providing an end-to-end customer service from first interaction with Client till delivering the projectSite visits- Visiting project sites occasionally to ensure customer experience is to the highest standard- Generating customer leads- based on in-store customer interaction and referrals. Making B2B calls for acquiring new clients- Devising Marketing Strategies- help the company achieve its business goals by innovative marketing initiativesSkill Set Requirement :- High level communication and team working skills- Good computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Excellent listening and Organizing skills- Zeal to learn and work in a fast-paced customer centric environment- Knowledge of Social Media is an added advantage (ref:updazz.com)
