- Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll in accordance with company policies and local statutory requirements.
- Perform validation and reconciliation of payroll data prior to finalization to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Responding to employee queries related to Payroll, HR Policies, and guidelines.
- Assist with Payroll audits and support internal/external auditors.
- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations, statutory deductions, and other payroll related legislation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to payroll processing and service delivery.
- Responsible for managing any escalations and or urgent emails.
- Ensuring Payroll critical request are addressed on priority during payroll cut-offs and or if escalated.
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors/Masters (Preferably HR)
- Certifications If Any: (Preferably HR)
- Experience Range: 2 to 5 Years
- Work Timings: Willing to work in shifts - Window: 09:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.
- Job Location: Mumbai
- At least 2 years' experience in managing Payroll / HR service center.
- Strong MS Excel, Word & PPT skills. Macro skills will be an added advantage.
- Should possess strong Logical/Analytical skills - ability to think out of the box and propose process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have a good experience in creating project related artifacts, capability deck etc.
- Should be able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly and react with speed and take initiatives.
- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life.
