Job Description : Job Description: FP&A Functional Team FP&A Team supports 10 different Corporate functions Finance Org Effectiveness IT Real Estate Marketing Procurement HR Flight Ops Legal Compliance Offshore Support responsibilities needed MRA/PBF data reports generation - actuals, fcst, budget ERP (SAP & Peoplesoft) cost details research Assistance with Corporate cost variance explanations - actuals vs fcst and budget Loading forecast/budget data to PBF Monthly variance explanation coordination with RBUs & GBUs Preparing monthly cost reports based on the above data gathering efforts Headcount reconciliations assistance Skills & prior experience needed by the support team Systems experience HFM / Essbase SAP Peoplesoft Proficient in excel Working knowledge of PPT Prior finance support role Including analyzing monthly results Variance explanations Forecast & budget preparation Comfortable working with other finance teams to gather corporate level costs & variance explanations Key Skills : Fpna Budgeting Forecasting
