  • Prepare room for the arrival of new employee. Ensure par stock and the condition of the room are up to the require standards
  • Create a welcome experience for all employees starting from the pre-arrival experience, to their arrival at the airport and at E-Hotel.
  • Ensure that employee’s in house list is up to date.
  • Ensure the entire Staff Housing safety, fire alarm system, fire exits door, general building safety, accident or incident
  • Make sure that all employees respect the staff housing rules
  • Sit with staffs and solve/ handling any issues in the spots Inform the HRD for any unusual events and communicate any special instructions to the Staff Housing Team.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the entire Staff Housing
  • Coordinating all Staff Housing Engineering related issues such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AC issues, ECT with the Engineer A of the Staff Housing. Ensure all maintenance request are attended.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Staff Housing Dining Room, food quality, food presentation, kitchen cleanliness and coordinate with Concern person ( Chef)
  • Room inspections for departure employee to ensure all equipment are return in good and working condition, no damages in any part of the room.
  • Prepare transportation schedule for Staff Housing – Four Seasons Hotel – Staff Housing, shopping trips, medical center.
  • Inspired & organize the yearly social calendar for the staff.
  • Meet and represent the hotel (Handle) all inspectors from Municipality or any Government authority.
  • Conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
What you bringMinimum 3–5 years in staff housing or housekeeping management preferably in a luxury hotel or large staff accommodation setting.Proven ability to lead and motivate housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and comfort.Strong understanding of employee well-being and engagement with the ability to create a positive living environment that supports retention and morale.Hands-on experience in managing daily cleaning schedules, preventive and reactive maintenance and coordination with external contractors.Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations to ensure full compliance at all times.Experience in managing budgets, monitoring expenses and controlling inventory of cleaning materials and maintenance supplies.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with employees, People and Culture and hotel leadership.Ability to respond quickly to housing issues, complaints or emergencies with practical and empathetic solutions.Comfortable using property management systems or maintenance tracking software.Willingness to work on-call for urgent housing or employee matters and adapt to changing needs of a diverse workforce.What we offer
