- Work very closely with all functional heads and key stakeholders across the organisation in making key business decisions-Implement long term growth plan and be a strategic partner for all the business functions across the organisation-Be the backbone in providing analytical support and business acumen on strategic projects-Identify opportunities in existing and new projects, engage in new digital business and develop on strategic projects for new opportunities within the business-Work very closely with the CEO and other Function heads, act as an advisor to the business leaders in improving overall effectiveness-Will be responsible for steering towards important projects for the business at a leadership level, drive internal and external stakeholders to derive at the company's business objectives-Identify, analyse and monitor the various issues of profitability, growth and productivity across verticals-Conduct in-depth market and demand analysis across various competitor landscape, customer demographics and untapped geographies-Design new management frameworks to focus primarily on the culture, people, leadership and process transformation-Facilitate functional reviews to increase the efficiency in the review mechanism and work very closely with Data Dashboard platformsWork very closely with key stakeholders|To be able to steer the organization as a thought leaderQualifications - MBA from premier B SchoolExperience - At least 10 years of overall work experience preferably from FMCG or Consulting background in Strategy or Transformation rolesKey Skills --A sound understanding of AI and Data Science-Comes with an experience from the FMCG industry or Consulting background-Comes with an experience in key stakeholder management-Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal-Organized and problem solving skillset with resilience and tenacity to identify the root cause-Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challengesOur client is a leading FMCG company in Personal Care category.
