We are seeking a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts across all digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our marketplace business (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc)Key Responsibilities :Strategy & Planning :- Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across portals.- Align campaign objectives with business goals (GMV, ROAS, ACOS).- Define budgets, channel mix, and campaign structures based on funnel-stage performance.Execution & Optimization :- Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across portals.- Continuously optimize creatives, audiences, bids, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.- Coordinate with the Internal Graphic department for ad copies, creatives, Videos, and A+ content.Analytics & Reporting :- Monitor KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPL, LTV) and track daily campaign performance.- Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.- Leverage analytics tools of various Marketplace panels.Collaboration & Cross-Function :- Work closely with product, design, growth, and marketplace operations/sales teams to align marketing efforts.- Collaborate with marketplace sellers/partners for co-branded paid campaigns or performance initiatives.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.- Proven experience managing high-performance digital campaigns with measurable ROI.- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, attribution tools, etc.- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, funnel marketing, and user behavior analytics.- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Exposure to SEO, content strategy, and retention marketing is a plus.
