Job Description A well-established manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their team! Pay Range: $100, 000 - $120, 000 DOE Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including EDI payment processing, commission calculations, quarterly balance sheet, and P&L reporting Manage direct reports encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll personnel Conduct tax-related reporting during tax season, including state taxes and lease reporting Ensure accuracy in journal entries, book closing, cash, and bank reconciliations Liaise with various departments to manage invoicing, shipping, and payments to vendors and suppliers Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Lead the team with a focus on optimizing efficiency and productivity without compromising accuracy or integrity Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience At least 2 years of management experience overseeing accounting teams Minimum of 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform v-lookups and pivot tables Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of managing a remote workforce effectively Must be a strong team player, capable of working in a family-like environment with a focus on collaboration Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 401K with match PTO increases with tenure Well-established company Family-like culture Stable work atmosphere Work-life balance Apply now! #INDACT
