- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and local heads to understand workforce requirements and design recruitment strategies.
- Build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employees at branches, resolving queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment by promoting trust, transparency, and open communication.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions during branch visits to gather feedback, address issues, and strengthen engagement.
- Employee Retention & Development
- Design and implement employee retention strategies by identifying key risk areas and working closely with local heads to mitigate attrition.
- Conduct stay interviews, analyze exit feedback, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Support employee development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career progression discussions.
- Branch Visits & Local Head Coordination
- Conduct regular visits to branches to understand on-ground challenges, interact with employees, and evaluate workplace practices.
- Collaborate with local heads to align HR strategies with branch-level goals and resolve operational HR issues.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all branches.
- Strategic HR Initiatives
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Provide insights on people metrics such as attrition, retention, and employee satisfaction to support business decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and practices to meet evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in HR roles with strong exposure to branch visits, employee relations, retention, and talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven ability to build trust, manage conflicts, and drive employee engagement.
- Hands-on experience in handling local head coordination and regional HR support.
- Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to travel regularly for branch visits as required.
