YourDOST is looking Sales/Growth Manager based out of Delhi NCR region who is passionate about using their skills to sell something meaningful and make a real impact on the lives of many. Responsibilities: Formulating strategy for acquiring various categories of organizations (corporates and colleges.) Generating leads and acquiring new institutional clients. Educating potential clients on importance of emotional well-being. Creating various documents required for closing the deal. Traveling for making the presentations for sales and relationship management. Requirement: Graduation/ Post Graduation (Prestigious institute shall be a plus). Prior Sales Experience would be a plus. Must have owned substantial individual sales targets and delivered them in the past. The compensation must have had a fairly significant portion of performance based component. Polished personality, excellent written and verbal communication for presenting to CXOs, Senior Management at colleges and corporates. Should genuinely care about emotional well-being space. A knowledge/interest in psychology is a plus This role is for someone who is energetic, empathetic but also very organized such that he/she can reach out to potential clients, consultatively pitch the right things and close the deals.
