As an organization, we are committed to our purpose as one firm, united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What will your day look like.- Application Development:- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular and .NET.- Implement backend services and APIs using .NET Core/.NET Framework.- Develop, test, and deploy SQL Server databases.-Azure and DevOps:- Utilize Azure Pass for deploying and managing cloud services.- Implement DevOps practices to automate build, test, and deployment processes.- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.- Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UI/UX, and QA.- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.- Performance Optimization:- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.- Documentation and Reporting:- Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and architectural decisions.- Report on progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.Skills and experience that will lead to success.- Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Angular (version 8+).- Strong experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework.- Solid understanding of SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.- Good exposure with Azure Pass and cloud services.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).- Additional Skills:- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Web Services.- Experience with front-end tools and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).- Soft Skills:- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Preferred/Good-to-Have- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Relevant certifications in Angular, .NET, Azure, or DevOps.- Experience with microservices architecture#LI-SN1 2575869
