Provide dimensional and secondary project controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout delivery.
Conduct inspections and maintain comprehensive quality records to verify works against design and standards.
Review design information to confirm constructability and support timely, effective delivery.
Act as Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) in line with Mace procedures and individual competency.
Lead by example through coaching junior team members and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
Embed sustainability by proactively managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace’s net zero transition.

You’ll need to have:

Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
