As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our branch, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and employee management- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and goals- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting the bank's products and services- Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, providing coaching and training as needed- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and enhance customer experience- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance and activities to senior managementQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role- Strong knowledge of banking products and services- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions- Sound understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements- Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as neededIf you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and a strong background in retail banking, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
