- The Business Process Analyst – AI Enablement & Change supports the adoption and effective use of enterprise AI solutions across FIS Client Office organizations, including Delivery, Support, and Managed Services.
- This role focuses on analyzing, improving, and integrating business processes while working closely with teams and designated change champions to embed AI-enabled ways of working into day‑to‑day operations. The analyst balances hands‑on process work with change enablement, education, and continuous improvement to help teams get the most value from existing AI capabilities.
- Analyze, document, and improve business and systems processes, incorporating AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate.
- Support AI adoption initiatives by partnering with change champions and operational teams.
- Diagram, evaluate, and recommend improvements to existing end‑to‑end processes.
- Participate in and facilitate cross‑functional workshops and working sessions.
- Develop and maintain process metrics to measure performance and improvement impact.
- Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of operational and process issues.
- Support quality improvement and re‑engineering efforts aligned to performance gaps.
- Assist with training, documentation, and knowledge‑sharing related to new processes and AI usage.
- Monitor adoption and provide feedback to improve usability, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Perform cost and benefit analyses to support prioritization decisions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Stay current on internal and external best practices in process improvement and AI enablement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- This is a career‑level professional role for a highly skilled Business Process Analyst who works on medium to high‑complexity initiatives.
- Develops large and/or complex process solutions requiring detailed analysis and research.
- Works on multiple projects concurrently, frequently serving as a project lead or subject matter expert.
- Engages across multiple Client Office functions and business segments.
- Coaches and mentors junior Business Process Analysts as needed.
- Exercises independent judgment with wide latitude on complex assignments.
- Typically requires 6+ years of demonstrated business process analysis or consulting experience.
- Experience serving as the business process lead on at least one large or multi‑month initiative.
