Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with extensive experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and expertise in developing plagiarism detection algorithms. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in advancing our platform's capabilities in understanding, analyzing, and detecting instances of plagiarism across various textual sources. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art NLP algorithms and models for tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling. Utilize NLP libraries such as NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit) or spaCy to preprocess and analyze large volumes of textual data efficiently and accurately. Research, prototype, and implement advanced techniques for plagiarism detection, including but not limited to fingerprinting, shingling, and semantic analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate NLP and plagiarism detection solutions into our products and services. Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, considering real-world constraints and production environments. Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and plagiarism detection research, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our algorithms and methodologies. Conduct thorough testing, validation, and evaluation of developed models to ensure robustness, reliability, and effectiveness in detecting plagiarism. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the AI/ML team. Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on machine learning, natural language processing, or artificial intelligence. ( Educational qualification recommended, but not required ) Proven track record of 2+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering roles, with a deep understanding of NLP techniques, tools, and libraries. Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Hands-on experience with NLP libraries and tools such as NLTK, spaCy, Gensim, or Stanford NLP. Solid understanding of plagiarism detection algorithms, methodologies, and best practices, with practical experience in implementing solutions for real-world applications. Familiarity with techniques for text preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation in the context of NLP and plagiarism detection. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
