The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL programming, ETL development, and database performance tuning to ensure efficient data integration, transformation, and reporting.Database Development: Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.Performance Tuning: Optimize queries, indexes, and database structures to improve efficiency.ETL Development: Develop and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft SSIS or similar ETL tools.SSRS Reporting: Develop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).Data Modeling: Design and maintain database schemas, ER diagrams, normalization, and denormalization strategies.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve database-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.Collaboration: Work closely with application developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define database requirements.Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for database structures, processes, and procedures.

Must have
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization).
Experience with Microsoft SSIS for ETL development.
Hands-on experience with SSRS for report development.
Strong understanding of relational database design, indexing, and performance tuning.
Ability to write complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.
Problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to Haveo Experience with cloud-based SQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS).o Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases (not a primary requirement).o Experience with data warehousing and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.o Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.o Familiarity with CI/CD for database deployments and automation tools.o Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue).o Knowledge of big data technologies (Kafka, Spark, etc.).o Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting) for automation.o Certifications:
