Together, we'll turn visions of a better world into tangible solutions that make a real difference.Websites:Job Description:As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, prototyping, and commercializing mechanical and electro-mechanical components of consumer-facing machines. We value engineers who can handle the entire product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.Responsibilities:
  • Design and Prototype: Take ownership of subsystems from concept to prototype using 3D modeling software for part and assembly designs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and solve engineering challenges.
  • Evaluate and Analyze: Perform design for manufacturability (DFM) and finite element analysis (FEA) to validate designs. Assess various manufacturing techniques to optimize quality, cost, and production efficiency.
  • Manufacture: Coordinate with manufacturing experts and vendors to produce high-quality designs at cost-effective rates.
  • Project Management: Estimate project timelines to aid in broader company planning.
RequirementsWhat we think you need to succeed in this role:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the Designing, manufacturing and assembly, especially in Hyderabad Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, including drafting, statistical tolerance, and geometric tolerancing.
  • Experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams to prototype and assemble new products.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of driving multiple projects and mentoring Intern engineers/technicians.
