- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain product offerings, services, and promotions.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound queries and complaints with professionalism and resolve them efficiently.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and follow up with them for business conversion.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade and convince customers to purchase products/services or schedule appointments.
- Data Entry: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call outcomes, follow-up information, and other necessary details in the CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Obtain customer feedback to improve services and provide relevant insights to management.
- Follow-up Calls: Follow up on previous calls to engage potential customers and nurture relationships.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- Script Adherence: Follow provided scripts while engaging with customers and remain polite and professional at all times.
