- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) systems while demonstrating attentiveness to detail
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining quality standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless and coordinated service delivery
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Multitask effectively during peak service hours while remaining composed, supportive, and focused on guest needs
- Communicate guest feedback, preferences, and concerns to management to support continuous improvement
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and team commitment
- Build genuine relationships with returning guests by remembering preferences and personalizing their experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills

- Proficiency in local languages in addition to English
- Experience working in upscale or fine dining establishments
- Certification in food safety or hospitality customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse guest populations
- Experience using hospitality management systems or reservation platforms
