Job Description: Inside Sales Manager Company: Shoolini University Location: Solan, Himachal Pradesh / Chandigarh Position: Full-Time Overview: Shoolini University, founded with the mission of creating a leading world class academic institution, is currently ranked amongst India's best Universities. We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to manage our telecalling and counseling team for our distance and online team. This role is crucial for driving increased admissions to the University's diverse program offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the higher education or edtech industry, showcasing strong leadership and an ability to inspire a team towards achieving admission targets. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the telecalling and counseling team to drive student admissions. * Develop effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass admission goals. * Monitor team performance, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize results. * Ensure the team delivers exceptional service to prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process. * Maintain a thorough understanding of Shoolini University's programs and offerings to effectively communicate and promote them. * Analyze market trends and collaborate with marketing to identify new opportunities. * Prepare and present reports on team performance, admission trends, and forecasted goals. * Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, encouraging team growth and cohesion. Qualifications: * A graduate degree is required; an MBA is highly preferred. * Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role, ideally within the higher education or edtech sectors. * Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a sales-driven environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and team management skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an energizing team environment. * Must be willing to work flexible hours, with the possibility of occasional travel to the Chandigarh office.
