Creative Designer - eLearning (India-based | Onsite in Noida or PuneAre you a visual storyteller with a passion for innovative learning design? This role is open to India-based candidates only, and requires full-time onsite work from either our Noida or Pune office. We're open to both full-time employees and contract professionals who bring strong design expertise and thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.What You'll DoAs a key contributor on high-visibility client projects, you'll design stunning, learner-focused content that elevates the training experience across industries. You'll work with a global team of Instructional Designers, Art Directors, and Project Managers to bring complex ideas to life using industry-leading tools and formats.Your responsibilities will include:Designing polished visual assets for eLearning: WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations, responsive modules, microlearning, and UI/UX layoutsProducing engaging videos with synced audio, transitions, text overlays, and animated brandingCreating interactive 360° imagery, immersive media, and mobile-first learning experiencesBuilding branded templates and themes using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Adobe CaptivateLeveraging AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, and Canva AI to accelerate and enhance visual developmentSupporting avatar-based learning using platforms such as Synthesia, Colossyan, and Pika LabsApplying best practices in accessibility (WCAG 2.1), responsive design, and LMS integration (SCORM/xAPI)What You Bring4+ years of experience in eLearning, digital media, or corporate learning designBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition)Familiarity with Figma, Camtasia, Vyond, Raptivity, and Canva ProKnowledge of immersive media tools such as Adobe Aero, Marzipano, or Pano2VRStrong grasp of design accessibility, responsive layouts, and cross-platform content deliveryBonus: experience with gamification, motion graphics, or basic scripting (e.g., ActionScript)Why You'll Love It HereBe part of a forward-thinking creative team working on cutting-edge global training solutionsGain exposure to the latest AI and video tools transforming the learning landscapeWork alongside international clients and multicultural teamsContribute to visually rich, learner-centered solutions that make a real impactReady to bring stories to life through design?
