Job DescriptionAs a Senior Staff Software Engineer - ADAS & Autonomous Driving, your mission is to make the R-Car software platform the easiest and most effective automotive platform for software development, verification, and validation in ADAS and autonomous driving systems. In this role, you will design, develop, optimize, and integrate critical software components for our R-Car SoC platform. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams-including middleware software and system engineering experts-to deliver high-performance, robust solutions that meet the real-time processing demands of automotive applications.QualificationsKey Responsibilities

Software Development

Design and implement robust drivers and application code for the R-Car SoC platform using C/C++
Participate in full development cycles: Requirements development and analyze, Architecture design, Unit Design, Coding, Unit Verification, Integration Verification, System Verification and System Validation
Adhere to industry standards for maintainable, high-quality code. in requirements development, design reviews, and code walkthroughs.
System Integration

Collaborate closely with system engineering and middleware software teams to integrate, validate, and optimize software on the R-Car hardware platform.
Contribute to system integration design and implement testing procedures to ensure seamless communication between hardware and software components.
Performance Optimization

Analyze and optimize software performance, ensuring efficient use of system resources.
Conduct performance verification, result analysis, and implement design improvements to meet stringent real-time processing requirements.
Debugging and Testing

Perform comprehensive debugging and troubleshooting to resolve software issues.
Develop and execute unit tests and system-level verification to validate and improve software reliability on the R-Car platform.
Team Collaboration and Communication

Work within an international team environment, liaising with multiple stakeholders to align on project objectives.
Maintain clear documentation of designs, test procedures, and problem resolutions.
