- Monitor and enhance portfolio engagement through regular analysis of merchant activity.
- Drive product holding and activation metrics to ensure merchants are utilizing the full suite of offerings.
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue from existing merchants by upselling solutions like CC on UPI, EMI, DCC and Same Day Settlements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct periodic reviews to identify inactive merchants.
- Implement strategies for portfolio clean-up to maintain an active and profitable merchant base.
- Track portfolio performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports on engagement, activation, and revenue metrics for senior management.
- Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment on portfolio strategies.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years in Merchant Acquiring, Payments, or Portfolio Management.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Excel.
- Ability to drive initiatives independently and deliver results.
