Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesEnable continuous learning for field teams through module design and engaging content deliveryDesign pedagogy for training delivery
1. Evaluate content and best methods for training delivery at scale
2. Explore innovative ways to train and design content for increasing usage of LMS / learning apps
3. Gather feedback and incorporate in training delivery methodsLMS management
1. Identify & evaluate various LMS models and help selection of appropriate one
2. Continually evaluate functioning of LMS
3. Devise ways to engage learners for greater LMS adoption
4. Design periodic refresher and assessmentsDesign & facilitate delivery for EV sales team and Tech evangelists
1. Design modules / facilitate design through vendors for EV capability building
2. Facilitate delivery of modules/ journeys through tech platforms/ apps/ in-person sessions
3. Conduct 'Train the trainer' programs & monitor progress
4. Assess training effectiveness and evaluate progress
5. Course correct in training delivery. pedagogy with updates in product/ features / or user buy in / adoption scoresSupport M&M Sales CB team in
1. Develop the training plan for dealers and ensure adherence of process
2. Dealer Manpower Development
3. Knowledge portal management.
4. Monitor vendor payments.Experience7-10 years in sales capability building
Exposure to tech enabled learning problemsIndustry PreferredEV/ Tech / Auto / Telecom (large scale sales capability building organisations)QualificationsBE (preferred)
Training related certifications (preferred)
