- Grow Epsilon’s India Audience, CRM, and Loyalty strategy practice. Hire staff, train on discipline, and work with Epsilon’s US based consultants on global leverage working model for executing on sold projects
- Lead or co-lead parts or entire projects around enterprise data-driven audience, marketing, and/or loyalty assessments, design, and operationalization for one or more Epsilon clients that result in success for the client and follow-on expansion services for Epsilon
- Must bring demonstrated experience working in modern AI and real-time data environments
- Identify, populate, and leverage strategic frameworks and develop real-time contact strategies hands-on through the use of segmentation, targeting, channels, offers, messaging, testing, reporting, and analysis with a focus on digital channels
- Pitch and win loyalty service work to prospective clients with a focus on solutioning, not selling
- Collaborate with Epsilon’s Consulting teams to mature our loyalty and related marketing practice including offerings and intellectual capital, helping to further our position as a leader in loyalty
- Determine appropriate representation for international industry and client conferences and manage team participation
- Team leadership and experience acting as a change agent to grow a practice
- Strong consulting and solution selling skills
- Understand the financial aspects of measuring and managing customer marketing investments and make recommendations to achieve clients' financially driven goals
- Strong grasp of digital marketing trends and key consulting frameworks and concepts
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and be comfortable navigating system architecture diagrams
- Strong awareness of how systems and data integrate with contact plans, and capable of determining systems and data requirements for a given marketing strategy
- Structured thinking and the ability to facilitate working sessions and brainstorming exercises among clients and peers across all levels of an organization
- Strong understanding of zero, first, second, and third-party data usage and appropriate recommendations
- Expert-level software knowledge including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- A minimum of 15+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree required and an MBA or master's degree equivalent is preferred
