- Engage with clients post-purchase order (PO) to initiate technical planning.
- Conduct comprehensive cloud assessments and develop architecture and migration plans.
- Design cloud solutions across Lift & Shift, Refactoring, and Modernisation approaches.
- Ensure all cloud architecture aligns with industry best practices and Jio Cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Migration Factory to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Client Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer satisfaction and success.
- Address architectural bottlenecks and support smooth transition and adoption.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on cloud strategies and modernization efforts.
- 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ years in a cloud architecture role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP, or Jio Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, application development, and operations.
- Familiarity with migration methodologies and tools for cloud transformation.
- Hands-on experience with reference architectures, ROI workshops, and design best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills.
- Industry certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and hybrid work environment.
- Experience in regulated industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or telecom is a plus.
