Ideal Candidate Profile

8 10 years of experience in strategy, analytics or data transformation consulting
Strong understanding of consulting workflows and the role of data/AI in enabling business value
Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging with senior leadership
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives independently
Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high ownership
