Service Engineer

• Conduct pre?commissioning checks including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Lead full?scale commissioning activities such as test runs, calibration, and system integration.
• Monitor and optimize cutting drum performance, conveyor systems, engine operation, and dust suppression units.
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation by tracking production parameters (cutting rate, machine utilization, fuel efficiency).
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance including wear-part inspection, lubrication, component replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic breakdowns and ensure rapid restoration to minimize downtime.
• Maintain logbooks, service records, equipment history, and TPM/RCM documentation.

• Supervise the installation and alignment of primary, secondary, and tertiary crushers (jaw, cone, impact), screens, and feeders.
• Ensure proper setup of conveyor networks, transfer points, surge hoppers, and chutes.
• Conduct commissioning activities such as trial runs, load testing, vibration analysis, and operational fine?tuning.
• Optimize plant performance for required TPH output and gradation as per project specifications.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance for crushers, screen decks, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Perform root cause analysis for breakdowns (belt skidding, motor overheating, abnormal vibrations, crusher jamming).
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, guarding systems, and dust control measures.

• Supervise civil, mechanical, and electrical erection works as per engineering drawings and OEM standards.
• Conduct alignment of structural assemblies, drive heads, pulleys, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and electrical panels.
• Lead commissioning activities like no?load testing, load testing, interlock checking, and automation system trials.
• Coordinate with PLC/SCADA teams for logic verification, functional testing, and operational sequencing.
• Monitor equipment health parameters such as vibration, temperature, lubrication flow, and power consumption.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and condition?based maintenance schedules.
• Implement safety standards for moving equipment, rail tracks, rotating machinery, and bulk material flow.
