- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.
- Promote aluminium and uPVC façade products in the residential and commercial construction segments.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings across Bangalore; regular travel required.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, order processing, delivery, and service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and market intelligence.
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales of building materials (Aluminium, uPVC, Façade, or similar products). Freshers with strong technical background and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Must own a 2-wheeler (4-wheeler preferred) and be willing to travel locally.
- Knowledge of the construction market, façade industry, and interaction with architects/builders is highly desirable.
