Place job requirement on internet/portals to increase available candidate pool. Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing to joining, ensuring a high-quality process along the way. Maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly report to analyse your own performance. Meet monthly and quarterly Targets. Required Skills Proven work experience as a Technical / IT Recruiter. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search). Social Media hiring especially from LinkedIn, Facebook etc. Job posting in various portals (e.g., hirist, indeed, iimjobs, LinkedIn, etc). Creating templates for job posting in multiple platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
