  • Deliver individual projects, including presenting outcomes.
  • Conduct research and draft solutions on pay transparency and pay communication for review.
  • Support any appropriate administrative delivery for projects or programs, including preparation and updating of documents, communications, presentations and trainings.
  • Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate.
Key Requirements
  • Recently graduated or in your final year of studies (Law, HR, Psychology, Sociology, etc.).
  • Capacity to commit to a minimum of 4 days' work schedule.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with a good understanding of their functionalities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good commands both in written and spoken English are mandatory.
  • Organized with a good attention to details.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information.
