- Deliver individual projects, including presenting outcomes.
- Conduct research and draft solutions on pay transparency and pay communication for review.
- Support any appropriate administrative delivery for projects or programs, including preparation and updating of documents, communications, presentations and trainings.
- Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate.
- Recently graduated or in your final year of studies (Law, HR, Psychology, Sociology, etc.).
- Capacity to commit to a minimum of 4 days' work schedule.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with a good understanding of their functionalities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good commands both in written and spoken English are mandatory.
- Organized with a good attention to details.
- Eager to learn.
- Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Work with colleagues and clients around the world on interesting and challenging work.
