• Handling end to end Manufacturing of Cables Conductor
• Responsible for processes like standing, conducting standing, CCV, Screening, aluminum or lead screening, etc. • Take care of process parameter as per the manufacturing specifications
• Ensure there is no over consumption of materials and manage scrap as per the Bill of Material (BOM)
• Planning & Scheduling for conductor Plant according to the Customer's order.
• Planning for Raw material, Machine, Manpower technically and Shop floor end.
• Resolving technical issues on the shop floor.
• Maintaining Consumption report, Daily Production report.
• Time study for increasing productivity.
• Analysis and recommendation of solution for the frequent Problems.
• Achieving targets within stipulated time period by proper Machine planning and execution while maintaining quality.
• Responsible for keeping a check on product quality
• Control manpower requirements for delivering KRA
• Various methods Scrap control and taking steps towards minimizing scrap

• Knowledge of self-management teams (SMT) (Exclusively for Vadodara plant)
• Product knowledge

• Knowledge about national and international specifications of Conductors
• Responsible for keeping a check on product quality

• Good in Communication & Presentation Skills (International Business Standard)
• JDE system skills • Problem solving skills (six sigma experience
