This role involves full ownership of delivering a cutting-edge AI security product, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade. You will collaborate closely with product management, AI research, and security teams to bring innovative ideas to life.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow high-performing engineering teams across frontend, backend, DevOps, and QACollaborate with product and research teams to define and execute a clear engineering roadmapEmbed secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices throughout the engineering processDesign and implement cloud-native, scalable architectures tailored for AI-powered cybersecurity use casesChampion CI/CD, test automation, and DevSecOps to accelerate delivery with high qualityDefine and implement monitoring, alerting, and performance metrics for product reliability and securityFoster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous innovationOversee hiring, mentorship, and career development of engineering talentIdentify and proactively mitigate technical and security-related risksStay updated with emerging technologies in AI and cybersecurityQualificationsBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership rolesProven track record of leading product engineering teams delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native solutionsDeep knowledge of software architecture, microservices, API design, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practicesExperience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaborationExcellent communication and leadership skillsPassionate about AI, cybersecurity, and delivering impactful enterprise productsPreferred SkillsExperience with AI/ML product development and deploymentKnowledge of industry security frameworks and compliance standardsBackground in DevSecOps and automated security testingExposure to enterprise clients or regulated industry environmentsApply NowThis role involves traveling to the Mumbai or Chennai office twice a month.
