In this role, you will transform operational and financial data into strategic insights that drive performance improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced service levels. You will collaborate within a matrix environment to develop models, dashboards, and reports that support decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and document scope requirements.
Lead full Power BI development, including data visualization and back-end data modeling.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical methods.
Troubleshoot BI issues using tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and SQL.
Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for internal teams and customers.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
Hands-on experience with SQL or scripting languages such as Python or R (preferred).
Strong proficiency in Power BI (required).
Experience writing DAX expressions (preferred).
Knowledge of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques (preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent English, written and spoken (required).
Cargowise and logistics/supply chain experience (preferred).
