- Manage and develop relationships with existing POS clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and target new POS business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies for POS products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the team.
- Assist in the development and launch of new POS products, ensuring a smooth rollout process.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.
- Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets, providing guidance and motivation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS products and services, with a proven track record of successful sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
