  • Manage and develop relationships with existing POS clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and target new POS business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies for POS products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the team.
  • Assist in the development and launch of new POS products, ensuring a smooth rollout process.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.
  • Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets, providing guidance and motivation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of POS products and services, with a proven track record of successful sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
