Job Description:# Key Responsibility: Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth. Team handling experience preferred.# Lead a team of 50+ strong sales team who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards. Tele-Sales channel management.# Define and execute recruitment and training for entire sales team regularly. Would be efficient in Hiring Telecallers, Sales Executive, Team Leaders.# Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.# Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.# Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.# Managing Productivity & Query handling.# Data management and MIS handling.# Local candidates with Credit Card or Retail Assets experience preferred.
