● Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (internal & external)
● Analyze operational data to identify trends, variances, and process gaps
● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the operations team and management
● Use Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, dashboards, power queries) to manage
large data sets
● Work with the operations team to provide actionable insights and recommendations
● Track KPIs and operational metrics such as productivity, efficiency, stock movement,
etc.
● Assist in data audits to ensure accuracy and reliability
● Present findings in clear, visual reports for decision-making.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related field
