Job Description- Roles and Responsibilities:1. Sales Planning & ExecutionMap customers and identify potential markets; actively pursue new sales opportunitiesBroaden customer base through effective customer retention strategiesEnsure achievement and continuous monitoring of targeted salesConduct competitor analysis: monitor NPD, applications, pricing, etc.Maintain strong relationships with Government officials and departmentsMonitor and ensure on-time delivery to customersExpedite resolution of customer complaints and problems2. New Product Development (NPD)Conduct research to identify customer needs and suggest innovative solutionsParticipate in new product planning through market researchEnsure post-launch follow-up to measure customer satisfaction and product performance3. Sales PromotionExecute timely and effective branding and promotional activities such as:ExhibitionsSeminarsTrade ShowsDisplay outlets4. Debtor ManagementEnsure timely recovery of dues as per agreed payment schedules5. MIS & ReportingPrepare technical data sheets for various products and sales activitiesEnsure timely and effective preparation and submission of daily and fortnightly MIS/reports- Desired ProfileQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/TechnologyMBA from a reputed and recognized University/InstituteExperience:12-15 years of experience in product development, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic industryTechnical Skills:Thorough knowledge of various polymers - HDPE, PVCIn-depth understanding of Sewerage SystemsProficiency in preparing technical data sheetsManagerial/Behavioral Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh energy with a result-driven attitudeStrong liaisoning and networking skillsProficient in influencing and negotiationStrong analytical abilitiesA good team playerAge Requirement: 30 - 32 years
Mobility: High (Must be open to travel as required)
