Growing together.AI/ML Engineers code and develop software that deploys ML models and algorithms into production. Communicate and present complex analytics results and concepts to leadership and internal stakeholders. Employ AI and/or ML that may include natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), semantic understanding, intent classification, computer vision, deep learning, and automatic speech recognition (ASR).Applies deep learning technologies to give computers the capability to visualize, learn and respond to complex situations. May adapt machine learning to areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics and other products that allow users to have an interactive experience. Work with large scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems. Employees in this role are expected to apply knowledge of experimental methodologies, statistics, optimization, probability theory and machine learning using code for tool building, statistical analysis, using both general purpose software and statistical languages..Primary Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and experiment with state-of-the-art architectures (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Publish internal whitepapers and contribute to external conferences where applicable
  • Engineering & Implementation
  • Design and implement scalable AIML pipelines using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and MLflow
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring)
  • Tooling & Infrastructure
  • Evaluate and integrate advanced AIML tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, and Hugging Face Transformers
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure scalable and secure model deployment
  • Architecture & Strategy
  • Architect end-to-end AIML systems including data ingestion, model training, inference, and feedback loops
  • Partner with enterprise architects and product leaders to align AIML capabilities with business goals 3
  • Mentorship & Collaboration
  • Mentor junior engineers and researchers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Basic, structured, standard approach to work
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). EligibilityTo apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:
  • SG 25 & SG 26 can apply
  • SG 25 will move to SG 26
  • SG 26 will move laterally
  • Performance rating in the last common review cycle of "Meets Expectations" or higher.
  • Not be on any active CAP (Corrective Action Plan) or active disciplinary action.
  • Time in Role Guidelines
  • Should have been in your current position for a minimum of 12 months, if you have not met the recommended minimum time in role, discuss your career interest with your manager and gain alignment prior to applying. And share the alignment email with respective recruiter while applying
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
  • Experience in Data science and Machine Learning
  • 2+ years of working in Gen AI and LLM's
  • 2+ years of Proficiency in Python, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
  • 2+ years of experience in SQL
  • Ability to build, train, and optimize machine learning models for production
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) for text and conversational applications
  • Familiarity with data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation best practices
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
  • Experience using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for scalable deployments
  • Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies and AI Agents
