Key Responsibilities:1. Calendar and Time Management:
  • Efficiently manage Vidur Kataria's calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, calls, and events.
  • Prioritize tasks and appointments to maximize productivity.
2. Communication Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Draft, review, and send emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the Founder.
  • Ensure timely responses to key stakeholders.
3. Strategic Support:
  • Assist in preparing business presentations, reports, and key documents.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
4. Project Management:
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives led by the Founder, ensuring timely execution.
  • Monitor progress and provide updates on critical milestones.
5. Travel and Event Coordination:
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Organize events, meetings, and team-building activities.
6. Administrative and Operational Support:
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain organized records.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Address ad-hoc administrative requests promptly and effectively.
7. Leadership Support:
  • Act as a sounding board for ideas and strategies.
  • Ensure smooth communication between Vidur Kataria and other team members or stakeholders.
