We leverage our extensive knowledge of all relevant market trends & developments from both technology and trading perspectives to help markets achieve price efficiencies.Your role:THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION ON-SITE BASED OUT OF OUR KOLKATA OFFICE.As the Accounting Executive, experience in dealing with ledgers, books, accounting software, advanced excel and assisting in developing SOPs, will be invaluable in this role. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Creating comprehensive reports using advanced Excel and Tally.
  • Preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other regulatory returns.
  • Collaborate with the CFO and Finance Manager; along with external consultants, auditors, and authorities for compliance and query resolution.
  • Handling vendor payments and documentation exchange efficiently.
  • Organizing and preparing financial data for audits and maintaining accurate records to support tax positions.
  • Managing month-end and year-end financial book closures and assisting auditors with required documentation.
Our needs:
  • Have up to 5 years of qualified accounting experience in similar roles.
  • Robust proficiency with Tally software operations and requirements.
  • Exceptional proficiency in advanced Excel functions, Python, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and number crunching abilities with an eye for detail.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
