Job Description:In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Own a technical activity of team from end to end from understanding requirements working with end users and global functional leaders, finalize a technical approach, implement & validate the same and connect with end users.
Provide technical mentor to team and act as internal reviewer and ensure "First time right" for al deliverables of team.
Publish KPIs & dash boards in consultation with technical manager and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes.
Ensure required technical documentation for all activities of team are published & updated regularly.
Communicate optimally with all stake holders and ensure alignment on plans and avoid escalations.

A degree in any Engineering/Science discipline with 10 to 15 years of work experience.
Mechanical engineer would be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Bachelor's engineering with understanding about product, bill of materials, knowledge of materials of construction.
Proficiency with Oracle and exposure to other ERP tools like SAP.
Should have proven experience of leading a project technically.
Training experience is an asset.
Must be customer focused and service oriented.
Zeal to learn and come up with innovative ideas for problem solving.
