2.Define & Monitor Milestones by aligning all delivery heads & Project Leads
3.Cost: Allocate & Monitor VES Budget to respective commodities (R&D , CDMM)
4.Resource Mapping with Ramp up / Ramp down based on work content
5.Monitor overall project timelines (incl. component/system level) and escalate in case of potential foreseen risks Integrate delivery of all GPHs
6.Ensuring Milestone adherence
7.Completion of deliverables for straight pass Gateway Clearance
8.Risk identification and escalation to PD Head.
9.Propose mitigation plan in consultation with necessary stakeholders
10.Project communication plans Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.
11.Monitor and control project scope (TCP, Quality parameters)
12.Monitor platform health (Time, Cost, Performance perspective). Status and risk visibility to Leadership team using dashboards / MIS
13.Enable PL with scenario planning on Change Requests that arise through scope, engineering, Concern Resolution etc
Solves for TCP trade offs and reallocates TCP targets within VES that lie within pre defined limits so as to ensure that there are no overall TCP deviations.
14.Pre-empt and mitigate any potential risks that might arise, to ensure Closure of the stage gates with desired quality less/no deviations)
15.Coordinate VES PD Head level & PResident reviews
16,Maintain Single Issue list for Program Specific.
