Ability to diagnose complex Network Problems and find root cause. . Troubleshooting Network problems like network errors, connectivity issues. . Research, Diagnose, Troubleshoot and identify solutions to solve customer issues Qualifications Minimum qualifications . CCNA Certification or equivalent experience in Networking Support services . Good years%27 of networking experience. . Linux Experience. . Customer handling Must. Key competencies . Good years working on Cisco Voice systems. . Good years' experience directly working with customer and client technical teams. . Hands-on experience in IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and routing. .
