Job Description : Responsibilities: Responsible for Overall branch operations & Profitability. Motivating employees and work as a team. Building good relationship with customers. Increasing collections of branch and control on NPA's Sourcing and selling of Gold loans along with the other third products like Mutual Funds, Sale of Gold(coins,pendants,bars), Life, Medical & Vehicle Insurance Products. Supporting the team for Recovery for achieving interest collection targets, Promotional activities & Achieving the schemes launched for the period. Experience & Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience in Business sourcing/Sales of Financial products and must have served in Managerial Cadre/Management level in Banks/Reputed Financial Institutions.
