Job Title : Lead Sales Manager Function : CMS-Sales Employment Type (Full Time/Part Time) : Full Time Primary Work Location: Chennai Role Summary : Sales Manager has responsibility to handle Middle Market comprising of Channel sales -CMS, Direct Customer, Corporate Account ,generate new accounts, business growth ,area coverage, technical support, New Channel Partner recruitment . He should provide support to existing channel Partner to get the sales and train to their service engineers. He should meet the operating plan and will be responsible to collect payment and to maintain Past Dues . He has to travel complete South Region. Essential Responsibilities / Expectations Sales Manager provides direction and to channel in order to meet assigned objectives. In this you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues immediate action or short-term planning. Focus on Veolia -WTS CMS (Cooling, Boiler, Waste water Chemicals) Selling and to expand and maintain accounts with Channels and corporate Account. Provide Technical training, input to channel team ,customer trouble Value generation and value selling at customer site. Actively listen to customers/Market needs and provide effective service to resolve issues and inquiries Drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value ,geographical coverage, meeting End User/OEM for territory. Focus on our competitive advantage while our broad product portfolio. Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers using Veolia-WTS to solve identified water treatment Product needs Partner cross-functionally within organization to optimize our offering Develop a plan to effectively meet sales targets by meeting or key metrics for revenue, account retention. Learn and maintain awareness of all safety and environmental practices Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product and customer base. Participating in Marketing Activity like Exhibition,Seminar,Conference. Educational Qualification Engg degree or Diploma/Science PG with 8-14 yrs of Exp from accredited university or college . Experience Required (Min - Max year) 8-14 Years Key Skills required (must haves - certifications/ know-how) Industrial Sales with Water Industry and Corporate sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of industrial applications for product lines, including the assigned products and their markets Strong English oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Integrative team working style.
