Senior Medical Coder

• Review medical records and assign correct ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with regulations and payer rules.
• Work with doctors and staff to clarify documentation.
• Conduct audits and quality checks of coded records.
• Mentor and support junior coders.
• Stay updated on coding guidelines and industry changes.

• Certification: CPC / CCS / COC or equivalent (mandatory).
• Experience: 4 6 years of medical coding, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, and E/M coding.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with EHR systems and coding software.
