Maintain accurate records of sales, dispatch schedules, and office documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve issues and provide updates.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
Prepare reports related to sales performance and dispatch operations as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all assigned tasks.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in dispatch, sales support, or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dispatch or sales software.
