Read more about it here: https://bit.ly/HeadoutPlaybook The role We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our legal team as a Company Secretary Management Trainee. Playing a pivotal role in a core aspect of our organizational structure, you will aid in ensuring the efficient administration and compliance of all entities within our group, both in India and abroad. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development in the legal domain, providing exposure to a wide range of compliance and governance responsibilities within a dynamic corporate environment. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for legal, compliance and corporate governance, we encourage you to apply and be part of our team. The duration of this role will be 21 months. Responsibilities: Organize, prepare agendas for, and take minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs). Handle all annual & event-based compliances including FEMA and labor law compliances, for India and abroad. Maintain statutory books and registers, including registers of members, directors. Manage RBI compliances, specifically FLA requirements. Drafting and review of agreements. Liaise with consultants and government authorities, including official visits for submissions or other purposes. Conduct research and analysis of various laws as well as provide regular updates on changes in laws and regulations applicable to the Company in India and abroad Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards. What skills do you need Must have qualified all exams for the Professional Programme. Must have undergone the one - month EDP (i.e. 15 days e-EDP and 15 days classroom mode EDP). Excellent knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and FEMA. Bonus A law degree (completed or pursuing both).
