Owns the product from development to production. Works closely with business stakeholders to prioritize and scope.Role Summary/Purpose:In this critical role, the Product Owner Data Usage will be responsible for development & enhancement of reports, dashboards and analytic application products using analytic tools managed by the Data & Analytics organization on-prem and in public cloud, including Tableau, SAS, BO, Anaconda, EMR Studio, AWS Sage maker and Other AWS services across multiple Agile teams.The products managed by this role are used by internal and external stakeholders to make critical decisions across the enterprise as part of internal functional processes, to meet external client contractual obligations, or for regulatory and compliance requirements.Additionally, this role will be responsible to support the L3 Process Owner Data Usage, for review and identification of risks, controls, annual reviews, surveillance, audit activities and maintain appropriate process job aids, procedures, SOP’s and other documentations, as well as drive Data Usage Process related new development projects to mitigate new risks.Key Responsibilities:Maximize the value delivered by the analytics products by aligning product features to stakeholder needs through effective collaboration with business partners and technology teamsDefine new products and features, or enhance/optimize existing products and features for reports, dashboards, or analytics products per business needsManage and groom Agile backlog; develop stories, features, and objectives; participate in intake calls for new requests; actively participate in Program Increment (PI) sessions for the Data TrainProvide ongoing communication throughout project execution to multiple stakeholdersExecute reporting, documentation, and other tasks related to Data Usage L3 process, controls, and surveillance supportManage ITIL configuration item strategy and execution for the team for all the Data Usage productsWork closely with business analysts to document internal product development and support processes, SOPsPlan and facilitate appropriate technical training for all relevant user groups for the products in scope during new product roll out, migration or major upgrade of underlying tools.Actively participate in development and presentation of relevant technology trends, strategies and plans across the organization and engage relevant business teams.Manage effective relationship with System Integrators, Vendors, onshore and off-shore teams working on the product development and support, as in scope of this role.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of IT experience developing information systems and project management experience or in lieu of a degree 7 + Years of relevant experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and implementing information systems in Financial Services industryMinimum 2 years of experience in project management and end to end, strong understanding of Agile methodologies in context of BI Reporting, Data Lakes and Data Science projects.Desired Characteristics:Prior Experience in similar role of comparable complexity with demonstrable examples of value-added to the product over time – with emphasis on stakeholder communication, engagement, collaboration, and alignment to create analytic products with superior user experience.Experience with development and deployment of (any two or more) Tableau, SAS, Anaconda/Python/PySpark analytic applications across the enterpriseStrong understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture: Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams leveraging AWS solutions to drive product innovation and scalability.Experience in cloud-based product management: Proven track record of defining product roadmaps and features that utilize AWS services to meet market needs and enhance customer experienceFamiliar with emerging technology and trends in data & analytics spaceStrong business acumen and superior decision-making skills as a product owner of analytic product in Financial servicesSuperior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and external groupsAbility to understand technical requirements of projects and effectively manage resources, vendors and test effortsDesire to work in an open, collaborate, and fast-paced environmentEligibility Criteria :Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of IT experience developing information systems and project management experience or in lieu of a degree 7 + Years of relevant experience.Work Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM ISTFor Internal Applicants:Understand the criteria or mandatory skills required for the role, before applyingInform your manager and HRM before applying for any role on WorkdayEnsure that your professional profile is updated (fields such as education, prior experience, other skills) and it is mandatory to upload your updated resume (Word or PDF format)Must not be any corrective action plan (Formal/Final Formal)L9+ Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in their current role and level are only eligible.Employees at L9+ can apply for this opportunity.Grade/Level: 11Job Family Group: Information Technology
